  1. Yesterday, while I was at work, my cousin stole my iphone and tested to see if it can survive a forty foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My iPad is now destroyed and she has 83 views. I know this is totally off topic but I had to share it with someone!

    I believe avoiding refined foods would be the first step so that you can lose weight. They can taste fine, but prepared foods possess very little vitamins and minerals, making you try to eat more simply to have enough vitality to get through the day. When you are constantly eating these foods, moving over to grain and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more energy while feeding on less. Great blog post.
